Location: Bangalore

Since 1996, we have been designing, building and managing some of the best homes in the world. We currently have 8 projects with around 4500 custom designed, furnished homes as well as commercial and institutional buildings, covering a total saleable area of approximately 14 million square feet under construction at Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

Role Purpose

TE is currently initiating a search for a talented Senior/ 3d visualize to be a part of the Marketing team and will be based in our Bangalore offices. As a 3d visualizer will work under the direction of the Department Head and in collaboration with other team members on projects across all TE projects and will bring a passion for creativity, storytelling, artistry, and positive energy to our design studios In Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong creative and problem-solving skills and an ability to provide meaningful contributions within our fast-paced, creative environment. To be successful for this role, candidates must demonstrate their experience from a design-oriented background and be passionate about their role in the arch viz industry. They must demonstrate skill in detailed design and expertise in 3d softwares. You should demonstrate a strong motivation to make a difference in the world, working from a strong personal ethics.

Scope:

  • Execution of renders
  • 3D modeling
  • Walkthrough animations

Responsibility:

  • Have a good understanding of the architectural sketches / models shared for visualization.
  • Understand the processes and align with the Total environment design philosophy.
  • Develop marketing renders with high quality standards .
  • Develop massing models and final building models complete with all details.
  • Able to deliver interior customization renders with high quality standards within a tight dead line.
  • Skilled in 3dmax, Vray and postproduction in Photoshop.
  • Able to deliver interior and marketing renders with high quality standards within a tight dead line.
  • Should be aware of deliverables expected within defined parameters.

Accountability:

  • You will be accountable of all the renders, presentations and documents worked by you to the last detail
  • Complete ownerships of files and textures created for projects
  • Accepts accountability for own actions and performance.
  • Deliver exceptional quality output within stringent timelines.
  • You are a quick learner and able to estimate the amount of time to be spent on each deliverable assigned within defined parameters.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in 3dmax, Vray and postproduction in Photoshop.
  • 5-8 Years experience in architectural visualization.
  • Knowledge in unreal engine, adobe premiere, corona and after effects is a plus.
