As one of the first cosmetics brands in the world, we use our own formulas and recipes to manufacture our own products. We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is not only proficient in motion graphic design but also possesses advanced expertise in video editing. In this role, you will create engaging and visually impactful motion graphics, animations, and video content that effectively communicates our brand message across digital platforms.

Motion Graphics & Animation
· Design and deliver high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal communications.
· Translate concepts and storyboards into dynamic, engaging visual content that aligns with brand identity.
· Work with advanced techniques such as rotoscoping, masking, keying (chroma removal), tracking and compositing to enhance motion content.
· Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all outputs.

Video Editing
· Edit raw footage into polished video content, incorporating clean cuts, good transitions and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
· Utilize effective transitions and visual effects to elevate the overall video experience.

Software Proficiency:
· Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop.
· Working knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
· Must be proficient and experienced in working exclusively on Mac OS environment.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including content, photography, design and digital marketing to develop cohesive multimedia deliverables.
· Project Management:
· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
· Prioritize and organize work effectively to handle various design requests.
· Demonstrate multitasking ability in teamwork, leveraging optimal time management for efficient project execution.

Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar senior creative role.
· A compelling portfolio/showreel that demonstrates advanced motion design and video editing capabilities.
· Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro.
· Deep understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, typography, and color theory .
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-impact creative assets .
· Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
· Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, or multimedia design.

Prior experience in production or studio environments will be considered an added advantage.

Adhere to company policies and guidelines, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Communicate effectively with management and provide regular project updates.
