The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional eye for detail, expertise in SolidWorks and a deep understanding of furniture construction, and the ability to translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings ready for production. Key Responsibilities Create detailed technical and shop drawings for custom, luxury furniture pieces. Collaborate closely with interior designers and production teams to ensure design intent and technical feasibility. Specify materials, hardware, and finishes based on design and functionality. Conduct on-site measurements and coordinate with vendors/workshops for execution accuracy. Ensure alignment between design aesthetics and technical practicality . Skills & Experience Required ✨ Minimum 7 years of experience in furniture drafting and technical design. ✨ Strong understanding of furniture joinery, materials, and fabrication processes . ✨ Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and technical drawing software . ✨ Ability to interpret and convert conceptual sketches into production-ready drawings. ✨ Excellent spatial understanding, precision, and problem-solving ability. ✨ Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
