Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, provide effort estimates, and contribute to continuous improvement processes. ~4–7 years of UI/UX design and front-end development experience. ~ Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator. ~ Strong in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and at least one framework: React / Angular / Vue. ~ Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing. ~ Experience in responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility.
