Job Title: SAP SD/SM ConsultantLocation: HyderabadEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Level: Senior)Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled SAP SD/SM Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, enhancement, and support of our SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Service Management (SM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP configuration, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and design solutions within SAP SD and SM modules.Configure and maintain:Order-to-Cash processes (Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing)Service Orders, Service Contracts, and WarrantiesResource-Related Billing (DP90)Integrate SD and SM processes with other modules (MM, FI, PM).Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot system issues.Collaborate with ABAP developers for customizations and enhancements.Support end-user training and documentation.Participate in SAP rollout/implementation projects.Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and company standards.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.5+ years of experience in SAP SD and/or SM modules.Proven experience in configuration and process design.Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Service Management flows.Experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:SAP Certification in SD or SM modules.Knowledge of integration with CRM, CS, or PM modules.Exposure to Service Notifications, Equipment Management, and Installed Base (IBase).Experience with project-based services or field service operations.Benefits:Competitive salary or rateRemote flexibilityHealth & wellness benefitsCareer development opportunitiesHow to Apply:Submit your resume to
