Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Master in Sociology/Anthropology in Delhi, India. The role involves tasks such as conducting sociological and anthropological research, analyzing data, preparing assessment reports, and providing insights on social and cultural factors drafting policies & do capacity building. The candidate will work closely with the team to offer valuable perspectives on societal issues and trends.

Qualifications

  • Research and Analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of Sociology and Anthropology principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Master's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, or related field
  • 3 Yrs+ work experience in Assessment, Guidance, Compliance on Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSEA / POSH) and child safeguarding
  • Experience in working in humanitarian contexts
  • Proven experience in social research, analysis, and data interpretation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work across country and cultural contexts on sensitive issues
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent facilitation, training, networking and advocacy skills
  • Experience with developing and implementing research projects
  • Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is a must
  • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain discretion at all times
  • Expert Knowledge of MS Office
