Key Responsibilities:
Generative
AI Foundation:
● Design, develop, and maintain highly friendly and customized smart agents
with human characteristics to help lonely people, especially seniors.
● Evaluate large language models and new advanced technologies to setup AI
foundation.
● Use modern Generative AI technologies, like LLM fine tuning, prompt
engineering, few-shot examples and RAG, to make faster and better.
● Design,develop, and continuously improve technologies to quickly detect and
notify abnormal situations.
● Learn from users and build highly personalized agents.
Platform:
● Build and optimize large-scale, highly efficient and highly reliable multi-tenant,
multi-agent AI Platform.
● Design and implement RESTful APIs to support mobile apps and multiple B2 B
partners.
● Build data foundation and pipelines for ML model training.
Integration and Deployment:
● Implement CI/CD/CT pipelines to automate the testing, building, training,
evaluation, and deployment of AI products.
● Work with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deploy back-end
AI services.
Collaboration:
● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define
project requirements and deliverables.
● Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and mentor junior
engineers.
Performance Optimization:
● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
● Monitor and address performance issues, crashes, and other technical
challenges.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
● Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability of the
mobile applications.
● Collaborate with QA teams to conduct manual and automated testing.

Qualifications:
Education:
● Bachelor,
● Master, Ph D degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
● 8+ years of experience in backend and platform development.
● 2+ years of proven experience with AI technologies.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Skills:
● Strong understanding of large-scale platforms.
● Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
● Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred
Qualifications:
● Experience in Generative AI related technologies.
● Experience in advanced Machine Learning model training.
● Familiarity with machine learning or AI integration in mobile apps.
Experience - 5 yrs in Backend and 2 yrs in AI
