About The RoleCayana Infratech Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and charismatic Sales Head – Direct Sales who can turn conversations into conversions, build strong premium client networks, and unlock growth opportunities across India and beyond.If you are a relationship-driven leader with a fire for numbers and a passion for real estate, this is your playgroundKey Responsibilities1. Direct Sales Leadership- Drive end-to-end direct sales for premium residential and commercial projects.- Create high-performing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to consistently deliver excellence.2. Lead Generation & PR-Based Networking- Generate high-quality leads through personal PR circles, professional networks, corporate connect, and referrals.- Build and nurture relationships with HNI, UHNI, and corporate clients.- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, trade fairs, and real estate expos.3. Business Expansion (India & International)- Identify and tap into new domestic and international business opportunities.- Build channel partners and associations across major NRI hubs (Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, UK, USA, etc.).- Strengthen the brand’s presence across national and global real estate markets.4. Strategy & Market Intelligence- Track competitor movements, pricing trends, and market conditions to refine sales plans.- Work closely with branding & marketing to plan innovative campaigns and customer engagement activities.- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and revenue projections for management.5.
