Position Overview We are seeking a Siemens PLC, Drive, HMI, SCADA Engineer to join our team. This role is critical for executing industrial automation projects, including PLC programming, SCADA development, and commissioning of Siemens automation systems.
Key Responsibilities Programming and Configuration :
Develop, program, and test Siemens PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems- s7 200 SMART, s7-1200, s7-1500.
Configure and troubleshoot Siemens drives (VFDs) and control systems.
Field Site commissioning
Project Execution :
Design and implement automation solutions tailored to client needs.
Participate in the commissioning of automation systems at client sites.
Technical Support :
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for automation systems.
Conduct system diagnostics and resolve hardware/software issues.
Documentation :
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, I/O lists, and system architecture diagrams.
Ensure proper version control and backups of programs.
Collaboration :
Work closely with sales and project teams to understand client requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
Train junior engineers and provide knowledge transfer as needed.
Qualifications Education : 12th pass, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Experience :
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Siemens PLCs, drives, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
Familiarity with Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC, and Step 7.
Skills :
Strong understanding of industrial protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP.
Knowledge of control panel wiring and electrical schematics.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
