This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Educational Counselor. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling and educational consulting to our clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting career counseling sessions, developing educational plans, communicating with students and parents, and offering guidance on educational opportunities and challenges.
Role Overview As an Education Counselor, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective learners. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM tools.
Guide students through the enrollment process, addressing queries and building trust throughout the decision-making journey.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for feedback and lead improvement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi fluency preferred).
Passion for education, counseling, or psychology is a plus.
Basic knowledge of sales process and CRM tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in EdTech, counseling, telesales, or student advisory roles.
