Our AI Agents replicate complex human workflows - bringing measurable efficiency, accuracy, and speed to enterprise operations. We are seeking a Senior Software Developer - Automation / AI & ML who will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and deploying fully functional AI Agents for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Python, a solid understanding of automation principles, and foundational exposure to AI/ML model integration. You will work closely with the QA, Product, and AI teams to ensure that every agent deployed meets the highest performance and accuracy standards. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI agents that automate complex business processes. Build and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and orchestration logic using Python. Integrate AI/ML models into automation frameworks for intelligent decision-making and adaptive behavior. Work with QA teams to test, validate, and benchmark AI agents before final deployment to client environments. Collaborate with client delivery manager to translate process documentation and requirements into scalable agent workflows. Implement system integrations via APIs, databases, and third-party platforms. Conduct performance optimization, debugging, and continuous improvement of deployed agents. Document agent architectures, design logic, and deployment workflows for audit and reusability. Participate in client discussions to understand automation objectives and ensure successful go-live of AI agents. Required Skills Must Have: Strong hands-on experience with Python programming for automation and integration. Proven experience in workflow or process automation (custom scripts, bots, or frameworks). Exposure to testing and validating automation solutions before production deployment. Good to Have / Working Knowledge Of: AI & Machine Learning concepts (model training, prediction, and deployment). ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. APIs, JSON/XML, SQL, and system integration. Data manipulation, Excel automation, and RPA tools Added Advantage: Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare automation domains Soft Skills Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills. Excellent collaboration and communication abilities. Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn emerging AI and automation technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment Eligibility Education: B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (Computer Science / IT) or equivalent degree. Experience: 4 to 6+ years in automation development, scripting, or AI/ML implementation.
