Role Overview Radarblock is seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead our design and creative function across all client and internal initiatives. You will oversee the full creative lifecycle-from concept development to campaign execution-ensuring that Radarblock’s output consistently sets new standards for design innovation and storytelling in the Web3 space. As the leader of the design team, you will guide a group of Senior and Junior Designers, illustrators, and meme creators, while collaborating closely with the Growth and Strategy teams to align creative direction with business goals. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on creative leader who combines design mastery, leadership maturity, and strong communication skills to inspire teams and deliver exceptional creative work. Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership & Vision Define and own the creative vision and standards for Radarblock across all projects and platforms. Lead, inspire, and mentor the creative team-setting clear goals, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Ensure every creative deliverable meets Radarblock’s benchmark for impact, originality, and storytelling quality. Create and enforce design systems and brand frameworks to maintain consistency across clients and internal communications. Campaign Strategy & Execution Partner with Growth leadership to conceptualize and execute high-impact campaigns that blend creative storytelling with measurable growth outcomes. Oversee the full creative process-from ideation, concept design, and prototyping to final delivery. Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, on-brief, and on-schedule, balancing creative ambition with operational discipline. Present creative strategies and campaign concepts to clients, effectively communicating the narrative, rationale, and business impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with the Founders Office, Growth and Community teams to align creative ideas with data-driven insights and campaign objectives. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate bold, viral, and high-engagement creative ideas that cut through noise in the Web3 ecosystem. Work directly with clients, founders, and leadership to translate brand strategy into visual storytelling that resonates globally. Innovation & Design Excellence Keep Radarblock at the forefront of creative innovation by integrating emerging trends, new tools, and technologies (AI, motion, 3D, AR/VR). Continuously evolve internal creative processes, ensuring efficiency, collaboration, and scalability. Conduct creative audits and trend analyses to identify opportunities for differentiation and impact. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary creative representative for clients, ensuring a seamless bridge between their brand objectives and Radarblock’s execution. Build trusted client relationships based on transparency, excellence, and results. Handle feedback diplomatically, balancing creative integrity with client expectations. Qualifications 7+ years of professional experience in creative leadership roles within digital marketing, advertising, or design agencies. Proven track record of leading successful creative campaigns, ideally in Web3, blockchain, or tech sectors. Exceptional creative vision with the ability to translate complex ideas into powerful, visual narratives. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage multi-level creative teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to both clients and senior leadership. Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion/3D tools (After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.). Strong project management and organizational capabilities to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Deep understanding of Web3 culture, blockchain ecosystems, and digital community dynamics. (Bonus) Personal Attributes Highly creative with a strategic, outcome-oriented mindset.
