About Project / Team:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, user-friendly designs that enhance user experience and align with our brand identity. This role is perfect for someone passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate designs.
Translate user needs and business requirements into engaging, user-friendly interfaces.
Assist in maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI components.
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Gather and incorporate feedback to continuously improve design deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role.
Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, demonstrating creativity and understanding of design principles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is desirable
Understanding of wireframing and prototyping tools.
Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centric design.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, user-friendly designs.
