Role: IAM EngineerExperience: 6 to 8yrsLocation: ChennaiInterview Mode: VirtualWe are seeking a skilled and experienced IAM Engineer with strong expertise in Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level identity and access management solutions to ensure secure and seamless access across systems and applications.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Design, implement, and support IAM solutions using Ping Identity (PingFederate, Ping Access, PingID) and/or ForgeRock (AM, IDM, DS)Develop and manage authentication, authorization, and federation solutions (SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and third-party platformsDevelop custom policies, workflows, and connectors for identity lifecycle and access governancePerform regular system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning of IAM platformsEnsure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)Collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams to define and enforce access controlsTroubleshoot complex IAM issues and provide root cause analysis and remediationPRIMARY SKILLS5–10 years of hands-on experience in IAM, including design and implementationStrong working knowledge of Ping Identity suite and/or ForgeRock Identity PlatformExperience with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC) and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory)Solid understanding of IAM lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), RBAC, and access certificationScripting and automation experience (e.g., Python, Groovy, Shell)Familiarity with cloud IAM integrations (AWS IAM, Azure AD)
