Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Android Developer (Gaming) with a strong focus on developing casual mobile games (like Ludo , Snake , etc.). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Flutter or React Native and hands-on experience in building immersive, high-quality mobile gaming experiences. This role involves integrating backend services, optimizing app performance, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative game features to life.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize Android-based gaming applications using Flutter or React Native , ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create engaging and visually appealing user interfaces for casual games like Ludo , Snake , etc.
Build and implement new game features such as multiplayer modes , power-ups , in-app purchases , and real-time leaderboards .
Ensure app performance by identifying and fixing bugs, optimizing animations, and reducing latency for a smooth gameplay experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance game mechanics, features, and user engagement.
Mentor junior developers and guide them in code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices.
Optimize app performance , focusing on responsiveness, loading times, and smooth transitions.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Android app development , particularly in mobile gaming (casual games such as Ludo , Snake , King of the Hill , etc.).
Proven expertise in Flutter or React Native for cross-platform mobile development .
Solid experience in integrating backend services and APIs (e.g., Firebase , Google Cloud Fire store ) for real-time data synchronization, leaderboards, and user interactions.
Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine for building 2D gaming features.
Strong knowledge of programming languages : Java , Kotlin , or C++ .
Experience in integrating payment gateways like Razor pay or Google Pay for in-app purchases or microtransactions.
Experience in developing games with multiplayer functionality , real-time leaderboards, and in-app purchases is a plus.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and how they apply to mobile and casual gaming design.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or a related field.
Advanced degree in Game Development , CS , or related fields is a plus .
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Passion for gaming and an understanding of the latest trends in the mobile gaming industry.

Operating Systems : Windows, Linux
Preferred Skills: Gaming Background : Prior experience in developing or deploying gaming applications, particularly casual games or multiplayer experiences.
Microservices Architecture : Experience in designing and implementing microservices for gaming apps.
DevOps : Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Multiplayer Games : Experience in creating multiplayer features, real-time game sessions, and leaderboards.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail, particularly for optimizing game performance.
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers and contribute to the development of best practices.
Passion for gaming , with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
