Job Title: Remote 3D Sportswear Designer (Full-Time · India Only)Salary:₹60,000 INR / monthWork Type:Remote · Full-Time · FlexibleEnvironment:Calm · Supportive · UnderstandingAbout the RoleWe are seeking a3D Sportswear Designerto help develop high-quality digital apparel for our sportswear catalog.Primary Workload:Standard base 3D designs for catalog use.Occasional Work:High-realistic, creative, or photorealistic renders when required (not frequent).You must be able to prepare complete Tech Packs / Tech Kitsbased on the 3D garments.Our company is already operational.Financial incentives, bonuses, and rapid promotions will be offered after our products officially launch into the market.ResponsibilitiesCreate accuratebase 3D garments(jerseys, shorts, tracksuits, training gear).DevelopTech Packs / Tech Kitsincluding patterns, measurements, seams, trims, and details.Producesimple, clean catalog rendersfor daily tasks.Producehigh-realistic or creative renderswhen needed.Ensure proper UV mapping, textures, pattern structure, and stitching accuracy.Collaborate effectively within a calm, respectful, and supportive workflow.Required Software SkillsMandatory (Must-Have)These skills are essential and required for the job:CLO 3D (preferred) or Marvelous Designer– for garment construction, patterns, simulation, Tech Pack exportPhotoshop– for catalog edits, colorways, presentationBlender or 3ds Max– for basic rendering and scene setupSubstance Painter– for fabric textures, PBR materials⭐Plus Skills (Bonus, Not Mandatory)These skills increase your chances but are not required:Substance Designer– custom fabric creationKeyShot or V-Ray– advanced photorealistic renderingIllustrator– flat sketches / vector technical drawingsZBrush– advanced fold sculpting and mesh detailingLighting & HDRI experience– for premium rendersRequirementsCreativity and strong attention to detailAbility to meet deadlines and deliver clean filesNo degree requiredNo previous job experience required (portfolio is what matters)Basic English communication preferredPortfolio is required(3D apparel, base garments, Tech Packs, renders)What We Offer₹60,000 INR monthly salaryRemote full-time contractFlexible working styleCalm, understanding, supportive environmentFast bonuses, financial incentives, and promotions after product launchLong-term growth and stable opportunityHow to ApplyPlease send:Portfolio (mandatory)— 3D apparel, CLO files, base garments, Tech Packs, rendersCV and skill summaryA short introduction about yourself
