Overview
The position of Art director 3 D will be based in Bangalore and reports directly to the Creative Head.
Key Functions and Responsibilities
Concept Visualization : create detailed event layouts, including stage setups, booths, and lighting, helping clients visualize the final product through high-quality renderings and virtual walkthroughs.
Collaboration : Designers work closely with event planners and production teams to interpret design briefs and make adjustments based on client feedback, ensuring the designs align with the event’s theme and goals.
Technical Drawings : Accurate floor plans and technical drawings ensure that the design adheres to venue dimensions and integrates essential elements like lighting and audio-visual setups.
Material and Texture Rendering : Knowledge of realistic textures and advanced rendering techniques to simulate how surfaces and materials behave under different conditions, enhancing the visual appeal.
Software Proficiency : Expertise in 3 D software e.g., 3ds Max, Rhino, V-Ray) and Photoshop tools.
Innovation : Staying updated on trends and bringing creative solutions to event designs is crucial.
Prerequisite
We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts or a relevant certification from a recognized university. This role is all about the creative side of events, so having 3-5 years of experience in the event industry is a must.
Essential Skills
We're looking for someone who's up to date with the latest technologies and AI trends in the event industry. You should stay on top of emerging tools, especially design programs and software like In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, and others. You'll need to collaborate easily with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, web developers, and marketing teams. It’s important for graphic designers to always be in the know when it comes to new tech and innovations.
Personal Qualities
We’re looking for someone who stays updated on the latest technology and market trends. You should have a knack for visualizing ideas and concepts in a clear, simple way, with the ability to understand products, processes, and requirements and bring them to life through design. Being proactive, organized, and self-driven is key.
