Are you experienced in managing accounts payable with expertise in SAP (FI-CO and MM modules)? We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to handle vendor payments, reconciliations, and SAP-based financial processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Management: Process MIRO bookings for PO expenses and record non-PO expenses.
Payment Handling: Enter payments in SAP and handle manual payments for expenses, suppliers, and government transactions via bank portals.
GR/IR Clearing: Perform Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) clearing in SAP to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Forex Management: Handle multiple currency payments, mitigating forex losses on cross-currency transfers.
Vendor Reconciliation: Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Audit Support: Assist in audit queries related to invoices and payments, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Advanced Excel Reporting: Use Excel tools such as XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, and IF functions for detailed financial analysis and reporting.
What You’ll Bring
