Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Springboot, Vue.JS, React, or Angular, and Postgre SQL.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
Architect and develop robust and scalable applications using Java Springboot.
Design and develop user interfaces using Vue.JS, React, or Angular.
Create and optimize database schemas using Postgre SQL.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our software development process.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our applications.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Java Springboot for backend development.
Proficiency in at least one of the following frontend frameworks: Vue.JS, React, or Angular.
Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with Postgre SQL.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
