Job Description: Plant HR Manager for Kandeveli, Mumbai Location Company: A Jewellery Manufacturing Co. Job Title: Plant HR Manager Salary : 12 Lpa - 15 Lpa Reporting To: Corporate HR Head Responsible for 2 Factories Reportees: 4 HR Executives (2 from each Plant) Total Manpower Strength: Workers 600 and Staffs – 300 Working Days: 6 Days in a week Interview Rounds: 1-Telephonic, 2-HR Head Round-F2F & Final Round with MD-F2F Round Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Oversee end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions, including artisans, technicians, and support staff. Coordinate with corporate HR for workforce planning. Ensure effective onboarding and induction of new hires. 2. Industrial Relations & Compliance Maintain harmonious employee relations, especially with contract labour and skilled artisans.
