We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Quality who brings together a strong finance & accounting foundation with process improvement expertise . The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and ensure high-quality deliverables across F&A processes.

Lead and support process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools.

Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review.

Conduct training and workshops to build quality and process improvement culture.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Professional Background: Strong experience in Finance & Accounting (P2P, O2C, R2R).

Analytical thinking, stakeholder management, process mapping, problem-solving.
