The Data Scientist will work at the intersection of manufacturing operations, data science, and business strategy. The role demands curiosity to explore production data, creativity to design advanced models, and clarity to translate insights into actionable plant-level decisions. You’ll focus on improving yield, quality, throughput, and sustainability using predictive and prescriptive analytics. Analyze data from brewhouse, packaging, and distribution plants (OEE, downtime, energy, waste, quality). Develop digital twins or predictive models to optimize fermentation cycles, bottling efficiency, and maintenance schedules. Conduct root cause analysis for yield loss, spoilage, or deviation in batch quality. Machine Learning & Advanced Modeling Core ML & DS Understanding of plant KPIs (OEE, downtime, waste, yield), production line logic, batch processes, and SPC.
