This is a full-time, on-site role for a PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) Executive at Raisoni Group of Institutions, located in Nagpur. The executive will handle payroll-related tasks, maintain accurate employee records, resolve queries, and liaise with government agencies for audits and inspections. Ensure timely updating of UAN details, KYC verification, and member profiles. Coordinate with the PF department for inspections, queries, and compliance audits. Assist employees with ESIC claims such as sickness, maternity, and accident benefits. Prepare MIS reports related to PF and ESIC contributions and employee status. Support internal and external audits with required data and documents. Track updates and changes in PF/ESIC rules and ensure timely implementation. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field. ~3–10 years of experience in PF & ESIC compliance. ~ Proficiency in MS Excel. ~ Problem-solving and employee support orientation.
