Job Title: SEO & AI Tools SpecialistProject Type: Australia and Good spoken and written English is a must.About the Role:We are looking for a results-driven SEO and AI Tools Specialist who is passionate about search, automation, and analytics.You will be responsible for driving organic growth, improving visibility across search engines, and using AI tools to make our SEO processes smarter and faster.This is not a routine SEO position. You will be part of a forward-thinking team focused on the next phase of search, including AI Overviews, Bing AI, and Perplexity. If you understand how SEO and AI can work together to deliver measurable results, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct detailed SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.- Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies for multiple brands and clients.- Use tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics to track and optimize performance.- Develop and manage AI-powered automations such as meta description generators, backlink trackers, and brand-mention alerts.- Monitor AI search visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Bing AI, and Perplexity, and plan optimization strategies for each.- Work with the content and tech teams to ensure SEO-friendly site structure, schema markup, and page speed improvements.- Create monthly reports highlighting traffic trends, keyword growth, and ranking improvements.- Stay updated with SEO and AI trends, Google algorithm updates, and automation opportunities.Must-Have Skills:- 1 to 3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or brand side).- Strong understanding of Google ranking factors, E-E-A-T principles, and AI-driven SERPs.- Proficiency in keyword research, link building, and technical SEO.- Experience with AI and automation tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Zapier.- Basic knowledge of HTML, JSON-LD, and schema markup.- Strong analytical skills using Google Sheets or Looker Studio.Good-to-Have Skills:- Experience in optimizing content using AI tools.- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Console, Microsoft Clarity and GA4.- Interest in building SEO dashboards or AI-based tracking tools.What We Offer:- Competitive salary based on experience- Flexible working hours and remote setup- Opportunity to work with experienced marketers and founders- Exposure to multi-brand projects from Australia- A creative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environmentApplication Process:To apply, please apply and answer all the questions and highlighting your relevant experience, especially with Australian clients and project management tools.
