Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who has technical experience in any of the technologies like Microservices, Cloud, Open source web technologies. Should also have experience on various project Management process areas, implementation of Agile methodologies and scaling them to get the most out of the self-organizing teams. Should be able to solve the problems for teams either technical or process related. Should be able to collaborate with internal and external stake holders to align them for successful delivery of the committed project scope in given time and budget.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ø Be an effective servant leader and coach the Team in implementing and supporting agile principles and values to achieve Sprint goals.

Ø Help team to remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.

Ø Able to perceive the bigger picture of the program and map key client stakeholders with project and delivery roles

· Able to work efficiently with the Product owner, Scrum Master community and represent the team in the Scrum of Scrums. Should be able to support the team’s efforts to continuously improve communications and relationships with other teams.

· Facilitate Preparation and readiness for PI planning, Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies efficiently to ensure the team is productive and stick to the timeboxes

· Mentor team with best practices of Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, Devops to ensure that the agreed Agile process is followed.
