Key Responsibilities

1.Invoice and Reconciliation Management :

  • Handle SAP transactions, including invoices, credit notes (CN), debit notes (DN), and account clearing.
  • Manage agent invoices, receipts, and balance reconciliations, addressing related queries.
  • Reconcile debtors’ accounts, online booking transactions, and online travel agent (OTA) transactions and ledgers.

2.Cash and Financial Management :

  • Prepare petty cash vouchers.
  • Check and reconcile daily EDC terminal/machine settlements.
  • Finalize bank charges and merchant fee invoices.

3.Reporting and Data Validation :

  • Check and finalize sales data.
  • Prepare revenue share data and validate invoices from revenue share vendors.
  • Generate monthly financial reports and inventory valuation reports.

4.Compliance and Taxation :

  • Ensure TDS, TCS, and GST compliance.
  • Validate vendor service and purchase bill entries for accuracy.

5.Coordination and Communication :

  • Liaise with sales and marketing teams for financial clarifications.
  • Manage customer and agent communication with proper email etiquette.

6.Inventory and Business Support :

  • Oversee inventory processes for restaurant and retail operations, including valuation and management.
  • Support daily ticketing software checks and validations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience : 3 to 7 years in accounts receivable, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or retail.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficient in SAP and Excel.
  • Knowledge of EDC terminals and inventory management.
  • Compliance Knowledge : Familiarity with TDS, TCS, and GST regulations.
  • Soft Skills : Strong email etiquette, communication skills, and attention to detail.
