Hermit Poems LLC is an indie label dedicated to global underground music —a home for boundary-pushing, multi-genre artists creating authentic sounds that deserve to be heard on the biggest stages. We’re looking for a passionate and well-connected Sync Agent to join us on a 3–6 month freelance/contract basis (with potential to convert into a full-time role).
Proactively pitch our multi-genre catalogue to music supervisors, advertising agencies, music libraries, production houses, and brands to obtain commercial sync placements.
Identify and build relationships with music supervisors, creative directors, producers, and sync teams globally.
Stay ahead of sync trends, industry requests, and content needs across entertainment and advertising.
Proven experience in securing sync placements and building supervisor relationships.
Contract management and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Music Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Contract Details
Tenure: 3–6 months (freelance/contract)
Potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance
Fully Remote (global candidates welcome)
