This role demands a strategic thinker who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.Key Responsibilities:1. Stakeholder Engagement and Requirement AnalysisCollaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret their requirements.Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.2. Architectural Design and Solution DevelopmentEnd-to-End Solutions:Design comprehensive solutions that integrate applications, infrastructure, data, and integration points using Java 17, Spring Boot, and associated frameworks.Create solution blueprints, high-level designs, and detailed technical specifications.Technical Feasibility:Conduct thorough feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate potential solutions.Recommend optimal architectural approaches based on assessment outcomes.3. Technical Governance and ComplianceEnsure adherence to architectural standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.Participate actively in architecture and design reviews, providing insights and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.5. Technical Leadership and Team CollaborationProvide expert technical guidance and leadership to project teams, facilitating problem-solving and strategic decision-making.Work collaboratively with cross-border and local teams to ensure the best practices are implemented effectively.6.
