Our product suite includes GoMarket, a low-latency institutional market data product, and GoTrade, a high-performance trading interface powering real-time execution, analytics, and risk visualization.Our design philosophy is simple: clarity, speed, and usability for traders operating in complex markets.Role OverviewWe are seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong experience in designing clean, intuitive interfaces for web applications, ideally in fintech, trading, analytics, or other data-dense environments.You will be responsible for crafting the user experience across dashboards, trading tools, client workflows, and GoQuant’s public-facing websites. This role involves close collaboration with our Front-End Engineers, Project Manager, and product leadership to bring high-impact features from concept to production.This is a full-time role with remote applicants welcome.ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end user experiences for trading interfaces, dashboards, and internal toolsCreate wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and interactive prototypes (Figma preferred)Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure designs translate accurately into productionConduct UX research, gather user feedback, and refine interfaces based on real-world behaviorDevelop and maintain GoQuant’s design system, ensuring consistent visual identity across platformsCreate user flows, journey maps, and interaction patterns for data-heavy featuresCollaborate with leadership on product roadmap decisions, design strategy, and UI standardsSupport design needs for GoQuant marketing pages and investor-facing materials (as needed)QualificationsProven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer (fintech or SaaS preferred)Expert proficiency with Figma (components, prototyping, auto-layout, design systems)Strong understanding of UX principles: information hierarchy, interaction design, usability testingExperience designing dashboards, data visualizations, or real-time interfacesSolid grasp of responsive design and mobile-optimized layoutsAbility to explain design decisions clearly and collaborate with engineering teamsFamiliarity with front-end technologies (React, HTML/CSS/JS) is a plusExperience creating clean, minimalist, and high-clarity fintech-style UIA portfolio showcasing relevant product design work (required)What We OfferCompetitive compensationRemote flexibilityDirect ownership of core user-facing experiencesOpportunity to design high-impact products in a fast-growing fintech environmentCollaborative, high-performance team cultureExposure to trading, digital asset infrastructure, and real-time systemsPotential for equity in a rapidly scaling companyEqual Opportunity EmployerGoQuant Technologies is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
