Role: Delivery Director/Senior Delivery Manager (18-24 yrs)Location: BangaloreWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead our growth initiatives across new markets. This is a leadership role designed for a leader with a proven track record in presales, delivery, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology, P&L management experience, excellent customer engagement, excellent engineer experience and passion to grow.Key Responsibilities:- Strong affinity to technology and with experience as a Technology aligned delivery leader.- Proven experience of driving different types of programs/projects across staff-augmentation, fixed-price, capacity-based, Output and Outcome based models- Lead and drive the growth strategy for our operations in large accounts and clients.- Oversee end-to-end presales, delivery, and client engagement processes to ensure scalable and profitable growth.- Manage large P&L responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.- Drive multiple delivery accounts to highest of customer satisfaction- Build and lead high-performing teams across delivery- Maintain a deep understanding of the markets, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.- Collaborate with global leadership to align regional strategies with overall corporate objectives.- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet market demands.Qualifications & Experience:- Proven experience at a senior leadership level, preferably as a Director or equivalent, with a strong background in presales, delivery, and strategic growth.- Must have been an Engineering Technology leader with experience in creating high-performance Agile teams- Prior experience working with or within large IT services companies .- Demonstrated success in managing large P&L portfolios.- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a strategic mindset.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.- 20+ years of experience in technology services, consulting, or related industries.- Proven track record of leading market expansion and revenue growth in emerging markets.
