About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Manual QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of Salesforce applications, including A pex code, Triggers, and SOQL queries. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of Salesforce development concepts such as Apex, Triggers, and SOQL, and a strong focus on testing methodologies to ensure smooth deployment of features and bug-free releases.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Case Creation & Execution: Develop and execute detailed test cases based on functional and technical requirements to ensure the quality of Salesforce applications, especially focusing on Apex, Triggers, and SOQL.

Regression & Functional Testing: Perform regression testing, functional testing, and integration testing of new Salesforce features and fixes. Validate the functionality of Apex classes, triggers, and custom objects.

SOQL Query Testing: Validate and verify SOQL queries and their results in different scenarios to ensure data accuracy and proper functionality of reports and dashboards.

Bug Identification & Reporting: Identify, document, and report defects and inconsistencies in Salesforce applications. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and provide timely feedback.

Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with Salesforce developers to understand requirements, assist in troubleshooting, and validate that Apex code, triggers, and other customizations function as intended.

Documentation: Create and maintain clear test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect logs. Report progress and testing results to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Salesforce Knowledge: Basic understanding of Salesforce platform concepts, including Apex, Triggers, and SOQL.

Testing Experience: Experience in testing Salesforce applications, including manual and automated testing. Familiarity with QA processes such as creating test plans, writing test cases, and executing them.

Tool Familiarity: Familiarity with Salesforce testing tools such as Provar, Selenium, or other relevant test automation tools is a plus. Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications (ADM 201, PD1) are a plus.

SOQL & Apex Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) fo r writing and testing queries. Understanding of Apex programming language and how it is used to build custom functionality on the Salesforce platform.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, project managers).

Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
