Designation- Offline Activations Manager Employment Type: Full-TimeLocation: 1st Floor, Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39, Gurugram, HaryanaAbout the Role-We’re looking for a strategic & execution-driven OOH/BTL professional who can lead outdoor advertising, DOOH, on-ground activations and event marketing — while also driving business growth.If you live for brand visibility, high-impact outdoor ideas, strong vendor networks and closing deals , this role is for you.What You’ll Own-Business Development (Primary Focus)Identify & acquire new clients/brands for OOH & experiential marketingBuild a strong sales pipeline & craft winning proposalsClose deals and maintain relationships with marketers, agencies & decision makersCampaign & Activation ExecutionPlan & manage OOH/DOOH campaigns — site mapping, formats, costing, negotiationsExecute on-ground activations & events — venues, production, operations, logisticsVendor & Commercial ManagementBuild and manage a reliable vendor ecosystem (OOH, fabrication, production, manpower)Negotiate competitive rates & ensure seamless, timely executionMonitor margins, costing & P&L impactMeasurement & ReportingTrack campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads, ROI)Build detailed client dashboards & review reportsMust-Have Skills-Proven BD/sales track record in media, outdoor, BTL or experiential marketingStrong understanding of OOH/DOOH formats, sites, costing & market dynamicsExcellent negotiation, communication, pitching & relationship-building abilitiesHands-on execution mindset — can manage campaigns end to endCommercial understanding: margins, vendor costing, budgetingWho Will Fit Best (Profile Fit)-Experience in OOH, DOOH, BTL activations (agency or brand side)Exposure to large-format outdoor media + experiential eventsConfident, resourceful, proactive personality with a strong growth mindsetSomeone who thrives in a high-energy, client-facing, execution-led environment
