Role: Manager Ops Finance / Pricing Work Mode: HybridWorking Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM ISTBrief About Role:As an Ops Finance / Pricing resource, your responsibilities will include providing financial insights and projections to various stakeholders and preparing pricing for new business opportunities. You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.Responsibilities (What would you do)Provide Ops Finance support to the operation teams related to productivity, forecast planning, reporting, and other cost metrics.Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.Assist in creating presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.Partner with Operations Leadership to Identify Cost Management Initiatives and Detailed IT Program Spending and AnalysisRequired Skills:CA/MBA/Bachelor’s degree and experience in finance or a related area5 to 10 years of relevant experience in - Planning & Budgeting, Forecasting, Monthly P&L, cost reduction, Revenue improvement, revenue forecasting, BPO/Contract Pricing, Deal negotiation, Contract Management.Good to have BPO pricing experience is a plus.Experience in developing financial reports like P/L, Projected & forecasted financial for new Business centers etc.General knowledge of financial/operational principlesAdvanced Excel skills. Proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook & MS Power PointInterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levelsAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environmentSuperior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big pictureDemonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communicationDemonstrated ability to drive projects across an organizationStrong business acumen and understanding of the economics that drive our business with working knowledge of Accenture’s operating and economic models.Executive presentation skills with effective communication and business advisory skillsProactive attitude and self-motivated; takes ownership
