What We Look for In You?
5- 7 yrs years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally from product org / Start ups or high-growth tech environment.
BE/B.Tech or Graduate in Any steam
Experience working with engineering teams and hiring for technical roles, including but not limited to Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Data Science, Product, Business / Data Analyst, QA, PMO, Project Manager, DBA, Data Engineer, NOC, IT&NW and Functional, and more.
Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans.
Passion and understanding of technology as well as digital currency.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Have research experience and Proven track record of successfully delivering against goals within a given deadlines
Strong Talent Sourcing experience across geographies
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working occasionally in ambiguous circumstances to forge innovation and ideas

Creative and willing to try new ideas
Knowledgeable about Talent acquisition/HR practices;
Strong in analytical skills, with the ability to review and present analytics to influence decisions
Detail-oriented, with proven ability to deliver analysis, and reports
