Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:
● Take ownership of the entire talent acquisition journey: from identifying potential candidates and talent screening to conducting in-depth interviews and ensuring successful onboarding—be the guide for candidates throughout this exciting process.
● Design and implement effective talent attraction and acquisition strategies to build a strong and sustainable candidate pipeline.
● Develop and maintain a robust talent pool and network to ensure a steady flow of potential candidates for current and future needs.
● Collaborate closely with various departments, including partnering with hiring managers, to create and refine job requirements, advertisements, and search strategies.
● Drive operational excellence while contributing to the development of a modern and efficient Talent Acquisition function.
Requirements:
● 3-6 years of relevant experience in sales recruitment, bulk hiring, or non-IT hiring, with expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes—from initial position kick-off to offer management.
● Proven experience working on sales-related requirements such as phone sales, telesales, field sales, Area Sales Managers (ASM), collection officers, and other junior to mid-level sales positions.
● Preferably from Automobile/EV Industry
● Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively to meet hiring deadlines.
● Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Hindi proficiency is mandatory.
● Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
● Entry to Mid-Level, suitable for professionals with early to mid-career experience.
● Individual Contributor role, requiring hands-on involvement in all recruitment stages from sourcing to offer rollout.
● Expertise in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
● Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
● Ability to effectively engage and manage senior stakeholders.
● Locations: Bangalore/Noida based role, requiring familiarity with the talent market of north regions.
