JD – Portfolio AnalystThis is a full-time position with D Square Consulting Services Pvt LtdRequired Experience – 5 to 10 yearsLocation – Bangalore (Hybrid)The candidate who can join within 15 days may only applyJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Portfolio Analyst to oversee and manage a portfolio of Tech & Data investments, ensuring optimal financial performance, strategic alignment, and risk mitigation. The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop investment strategies, track financial performance, and drive process improvements within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Must-have skills and tools:·      3+ years of experience in portfolio management or a related field.·      Proficiency in Power BI and experience in developing reports and dashboards.·      Experience with the administration of portfolio management software and tools includingmanaging Licenses, changing content, etc. and tools such as Mural, or any other tools.·      Knowledge of industry best practices and in-depth experience in finanQuestionnaire·      Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.·      Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.·      Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.·      Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborateeffectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.Good to have:·      Experience in a large global organization is preferred.·      Experience with portfolio management software and tools.·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide insights and recommendationsbased on data analysis.·      Experience with Agile methodologies and IT demand prioritization.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, finance, or a related field.Key Responsibilities:·      Develop and oversee a portfolio of Tech & Data investments (e.g. APAC and REX portfolios) and theoperational/ running budgets to track and report on financial performance.·      Engage and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including Investment Owners, DeliveryTeams, and supporting Tech & Data service groups.·      Collaborate with portfolio managers and business partners to develop investment strategies and alignpriorities and funding to maximize business and technology outcomes.·      Develop and maintain portfolio and financial management tools, systems, and dashboards (e.g., PowerBI) to enable effective decision-making and reporting.·      Develop analytics and insights to help monitor and evaluate Tech & Data capabilities and investmentsagainst our financial health and spend competitiveness.·      Provide regular reports and updates on portfolio performance and OKR progress to seniormanagement and stakeholders.·      Identify and mitigate potential risks in the portfolio and recommend appropriate risk managementstrategies.·      Stay up to date on industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact the portfolio.·      Provide support/training to investment owners to ensure compliance and adherence to standardizedfinancial operations processes and tools.·      Provide thought leadership on process improvement initiatives and drive change management effortsto optimize Tech & Data processes.·      Manage Product Road-mapping and project management methodologies - driving improved productmanagement practices through the application of consistent, robust processes (lean, agile, designthinking) and toolsets (Roadmunk, Jira, MS Project, Tableau).·      Ensure compliance with financial procedures and industry best practices in portfolio management.
