Job Description : Digital Media Executive at Crown Vet

Our clinics are located in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Bengaluru, with 24/7 services at several locations.

Position :  Digital Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the agency on board to create and manage online and offline marketing materials.

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with the agency to ensure consistent and high-quality content.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow Crown Vet's social media presence across various platforms.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to engage the audience and promote services.
  • Coordinate with the agency for content calendars and social media strategy.
  • Skilled in using Canva to create visually engaging and professional designs and videos. 

Customer Engagement:

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and other digital channels.
  • Implement customer retention strategies, including referral programs and loyalty initiatives.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing and promoting events related to pet care and veterinary services.
  • Coordinate with event partners, sponsors, and vendors to ensure successful execution.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Review the performance at the end of the month with monthly reports, collaborating with the marketing agency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in Marketing & Well versed in Social Media and usage of platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for pets and commitment to Crown Vet's mission and values.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
