This role is perfect for engineers who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy learning across domains, and want to see their work create direct business value. You’ll get exposure to multiple industries, work with modern technologies, and grow quickly by collaborating with senior engineers and client stakeholders.Core Responsibilities:Work directly with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.Build, test, and deploy full-stack features end-to-end with guidance from senior engineers.Debug and resolve issues in real-world client environments, ensuring reliability and performance.Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following modern engineering practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver high-impact outcomes.Participate in code reviews, CI/CD processes, and team learning sessions.Stay adaptable by working across different technologies and domains as projects demand.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, CI/CD, and automation.What We Value:Strong problem-solving ability and a passion for tackling complex, real-world challenges.Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java).Familiarity with frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Django, and eagerness to learn new ones.Ability to collaborate effectively in dynamic, client-facing environments.What We Look For:Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on software engineering experience, preferably in fast-paced environments and client-facing roles.Skills:Understanding of Agile methodologies.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java).Familiarity with frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Django, and eagerness to pick up new stacks.Ability to write clear, maintainable code and contribute to documentation.Strong collaboration and teamwork in cross-functional environments.Proven track record of timely project delivery across multiple parallel initiatives.Mindset:Ownership-driven, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.Ability to balance client priorities with internal execution realities.Strong problem-solving attitude with a bias for action.Benefits:Learning & development budgetRemote working modelAccess to high-impact projects and mentorship across domainsAnnual retreats and offsite experiences
