We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Senior Architect to join our team who can handle responsibly various tasks such as architectural design, working drawings and project coordination. She/he would be working closely with the principals and will get to be a part of designing team and execute exciting projects. Responsibilities: • Handling a project from start to finish and ensuring high-quality, innovative and functional design. • Produce conceptual drawings, working drawings and documents. • Coordination with clients, consultants and contractors. • Acting as a point of contact for all technical issues Experience: • Bachelor’s • 5 years of experience in the field Skills (Mandatory): • Professional in Auto CAD, Adobe Suites, Sketchup and Microsoft Office Suites. • Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in the English language. • Good interpersonal and networking skills. • Analytical skills and ability to interpret data, collate information, and prepare reports. • Excellent planning and organizing skills. • Time & priority management • Leadership skills. • Understanding of design concepts, drawings, construction codes and standards. • Ability to think rationally and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach.
