2. About the Candidate

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Subject Domain Expert in Coding and Programming to join our growing team in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Python and C++, along with a deep understanding of programming concepts, algorithms, and data structures.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • Mastery in Python and C++ programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
  • Experience in curriculum development is a plus.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

As a Subject Domain Expert in Coding and Programming, you will:

  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of our coding and programming curriculum.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and informative learning materials, including presentations, exercises, and projects, specifically focused on Python and C++.
  • Instruction & Mentorship: Deliver high-quality instruction to students of various age groups, provide guidance and support, and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Training & Development: Train and mentor other faculty members on coding and programming concepts, with a focus on Python and C++.
  • Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest advancements and trends in programming languages and software development to ensure our curriculum remains relevant and cutting-edge.
