The ideal candidate will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through content-led strategies, growth hacking, and performance-driven initiatives.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills and a passion for creating impactful content.Key ResponsibilitiesMission 1: Generate inbound traffic through 50+ highly searched courses created on the platformWork with a team of 10+ course creators to get courses created in a timely mannerProvide appropriate feedback and own qualityMake the courses live in a timely mannerTrack and monitor traffic, leads and revenue, and suggested product changes to improve the conversion rateMission 2: Generate inbound traffic through listings of commonly searched categories such as tutors, schools, day cares, etcCollect and organise listings data by working with freelancersEnsure data quality and accuracyEnsure timely Go Live dates for various listingsTrack and monitor data to improve SEO rankings, leads and revenueCome up with other Organic Growth initiatives and execute them at high speedRequired Experience2–5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:Content-led Growth (P1)Growth Hacking (P2)Growth (P3)Business Development (P4)Prior SEO-related content writing experience is a big bonus.Online content writing experience is mandatory.Skills & AttributesExcellent communication skillsAnalytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and content platforms.Why PlanetSpark?Opportunity to work in a high-impact, fast-growing EdTech startup.A culture that celebrates ideas, learning, and innovation.Work closely with senior leadership on growth initiatives that directly influence company success
