We specialize in providing structured, personalized mentorship to JEE aspirants through one-on-one guidance, daily tracking, and performance accountability. Our mentors don’t just teach — they guide, motivate, and track consistency to help students achieve their best outcomes. As a JEE Mentor , you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the preparation journey of JEE aspirants. You’ll be responsible for guiding students on daily study schedules, consistency, exam strategies, and motivation — not academic teaching or doubt solving. Provide personalized mentorship to assigned JEE aspirants (via Telegram or video calls). Track students’ daily progress, schedules, and test performances. Conduct weekly performance reviews and ensure accountability. Communicate effectively with both students and the Mentor Prep management team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi. Prior JEE preparation experience (cleared JEE Mains/Advanced or coaching background preferred). High emotional intelligence and patience to guide teenagers effectively. Compensation: Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA (based on experience and communication skills) Full-time | 6 Days a Week
