Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Sous Chef and CDP to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking & a creative spark. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting our culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Assist the Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to our restaurant's standards.
•⁠ ⁠Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency in taste and appearance.
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations.
•⁠ ⁠Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste.
•⁠ ⁠Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance culinary skills.
•⁠ ⁠Contribute to menu development and suggest new ideas for seasonal dishes.
Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
•⁠ ⁠Culinary school diploma or equivalent certification is preferred.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
•⁠ ⁠Strong teamwork and communication skills.
