Our mission is to revolutionize patient care with cutting-edge products that enhance clinical outcomes.Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to join our team, candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) data to provide insights into business performance.- Coordinate with the Marketing & Sales teams for the submission of various SAP reports and entries.- Assist in the preparation of tender filings to ensure compliance with procurement requirements.- Conduct debtors reports to monitor outstanding balances and support collections efforts.- Coordinate with banking institutions for financial transactions and inquiries.- Utilize sound knowledge of accounting systems or ERP to maintain accurate financial records.- Demonstrate proficiency in GST compliance and bookkeeping principles.- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.- Process invoices and follow up with Marketing and Sales teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.Additional Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related discipline.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts.- Hands-on experience working with SAP software.- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
