Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative skills and a comprehensive portfolio that showcases their expertise in packaging, illustrative design, and typography. They should have experience working with diverse design platforms, including both digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Development: Develop and execute creative concepts for packaging designs, art installations, and product designs.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain disciplined and organized work practices, including keeping detailed records of projects and tasks.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to use various tools and features effectively.
- Research and Strategy: Understand project briefs, conduct relevant research, and form design strategies based on research findings and references.
- AI Integration: Utilize AI generative tools within Adobe and other cutting-edge design platforms to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on current industry and technology standards, social media trends, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Design Strategy: Formulate design strategies through comprehensive research and reference compilation, including layout, color palette selection, and more.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure cohesive and innovative design solutions.
- Digital Media: adaptive skills to make social media creatives over various software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, conceptual thinking, and design abilities.
- Excellent typography skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your creativity and expertise in packaging, illustrative design, and typography.
