Use Nexthink to detect and diagnose IT issuesb. Work with IT teams to resolve incidents promptlyc. Proactive measures to prevent future incidentsReporting:a. Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.b. Generate regular reports for stakeholders to provide insights into the IT environment.c. Customize reports to meet the needs of different departments and teamsUser Training and Support:a. Train IT support on how to use Nexthink effectivelyb. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for platform usersc. Develop training materials and documentationPreferred Skills - (Good to Have)User Training and Support:a.
