- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
Content Creation:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, and other multimedia) across all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
Community Management:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Build relationships with the online community and key influencers.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
- Test different ad formats and content to optimize ROI.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to align social media initiatives with broader business goals.
- Organize and participate in events to showcase the company’s presence on social media.
