Call prospective clients from company-provided leads. Convert leads into potential clients by scheduling and transferring calls/appointments to the sales team. Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and status updates in CRM/Excel sheets. Coordinate closely with the field sales team to ensure smooth handover of interested clients.
