Set up recurring and ad-hoc campaigns with proper audience targeting rules and testing scenarios.
Create customer segments using Adobe Campaign’s data model and query capabilities (SQL).
Leverage behavioural, transactional, and demographic data to build targeted lists.
Configure personalization blocks, dynamic content, and message templates.
Work with creative teams to build responsive, personalized email templates.
Monitor campaign performance (delivery, open rates, click-throughs, conversions).
Conduct A/B testing and provide insights for optimization.
Partner with data, analytics, and IT teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.

3–7 years of experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic/v8) campaign execution and management.
~ Experience with SQL and JavaScript for segmentation and audience building .
~ Understanding of data flows, customer journeys, and campaign automation .
~ Strong analytical skills and experience working with reporting & campaign optimization .
~ Ability to collaborate with marketing, data, and technology teams .
~ Excellent communication and project management skills.

Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEP, Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for email template troubleshooting.
Exposure to integration with CRM/CDP systems (Adobe AEP, Snowflake, etc.).
