This is a high-impact role - you will be the driver between marketing ideas and measurable growth. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Pune. Candidates must be located in Pune. Key Responsibilities: Acquisition & Paid Channels Build, run and scale paid acquisition across Meta / Instagram / Facebook, Google. Own campaign strategy, audience segmentation, creative testing & optimization for ROAS/CAC. Manage marketplace advertising: Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) and Nykaa Ads (brand storefront promos, sponsored listings), including bid strategy, backend feed optimisation and ACoS/ROAS tracking. Build profitable funnels for influencer-driven traffic and UGC amplification. Marketplace & Retail Growth Manage product listings, A+ content, backend SEO, pricing experiments, and promotional blitzes on Amazon & Nykaa. Coordinate with marketplace
